Our seafood is caught from the cold Mendocino waters we've called home for 30 years, delivered fresh by local fisherman we know by name. Our beef is always premium-quality, hand-cut and cooked over an open-fire grill for deep, smoky flavor. This honest coastal cooking - fresh, local and crafted with care.

Every afternoon, the day's catch arrives still cold from the ocean. We sharpen the knives, break down each fish by hand, and prepare fillets, steaks, and collars - always the same day it was caught. No Shortcuts, just skill, respect, and fresh fish ready for the fire.

Every week, our foragers head into the coastal woods at dawn, searching for the season's wild mushrooms - Chanterelles, Black Trumpets, Hedgehogs, Porcinis, whatever the forest offers. Each one is hand picked, brushed clean, and brought straight to our kitchen. From forest floor to open fire, we cook them the same day they're found - local, wild, and alive with the flavor of our coast
